BBQ G.O.A.T. Eats Nachos

INGREDIENTS

  • 3 oz. G.O.A.T. Eats Kicker Chips 

  • 2 oz. Pulled Chicken or Shredded Beef (Preferrably Warm) 

  • 1 oz. Queso Fresco 

  • 1/4 c. Black Beans 

  • Tomatillo Salsa 

  • Sweet BBQ Sauce 

  • Cilantro and Chives 

DIRECTIONS

Layer 1/2 chips in bottom of bowl.  Top with 1/2 pulled meat, cheese and beans.  Repeat for second layer.  Drizzle with Salsa and your favorite BBQ sauce.  Top with fresh herbs 

G.O.A.T. Croutons

INGREDIENTS

  • 5 thick slices of Sour Dough bread 

  • 2 T. EVOO 

  • G.O.A.T. Brand Original Seasoning 

DIRECTIONS

Cut slices into bite size cubes 

Gently toss in olive oil to coat. Sprinkle with Billy Goat Seasoning to taste. (Be careful not to break the cubes.) 

 Bake in 400* oven for 15 minutes or until golden brown, turning at the halfway mark. 

Cool and serve.  Store up to one week in airtight container. 

Perfect Chip Dip:

INGREDIENTS

  • 16 oz sour cream 

  • 2T. Chopped Scallions 

  • 1T.  G.O.A.T Brans Original Seasoning 

DIRECTIONS

Mix ingredients thoroughly, cover and refrigerate overnight. 

Serve with your favorite G.O.A.T. Brand Chips
