BBQ G.O.A.T. Eats Nachos

INGREDIENTS

  • 3 oz. G.O.A.T. Eats Kicker Chips

  • 2 oz. warm pulled chicken, pork, or shredded beef

  • 1 oz. queso fresco 

  • 1/2 cup black beans 

  • Tomatillo salsa 

  • Sweet BBQ sauce 

  • Cilantro and chives for topping

DIRECTIONS

Layer half of chips in bottom of bowl and top with half of meat, cheese and beans. 

Repeat for a second layer.

Drizzle with salsa and your favorite BBQ sauce, and top with fresh herbs.

G.O.A.T. Croutons

INGREDIENTS

  • 5 thick slices of sourdough bread 

  • 2 tbsp. EVOO 

  • G.O.A.T. Brand Seasoning – to taste

DIRECTIONS

Preheat oven to 400 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.

Cut bread into bite-size cubes. Gently toss with olive oil and G.O.A.T. Brand Seasoning until coated – Be careful not to break the cubes! 

Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown, flipping the croutons halfway to cook evenly.

Cool and enjoy, or store up to one week in airtight container.

Perfect Chip Dip:

INGREDIENTS

  • 16 oz. sour cream
  • 2 tbsp. chopped scallions
  • 1 tbsp. (or to taste) G.O.A.T Brand Seasoning

DIRECTIONS

Mix everything thoroughly, cover, and refrigerate overnight.
