Mixing Bowl & Rubber Spatula
INGREDIENTS
2 oz.- Blue Cheese
2 oz.- B/C Danish – Mild
2 oz.- B/C Domestic – Strong
1 Cup – Real Mayonnaise
1 Tbsp.- Apple Cider Vinegar
1 tsp. – Worcestershire Sauce
Salt & Pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS
- Place Mayonnaise in Bowl
- Crumble Blue Cheese into Bowl (Pieces will or can be broken down further as you mix)
- Fold Cheese into Mayo – Fully incorporate
- Add Worcestershire and half of the vinegar – mix and taste
- Adjust with Salt & Pepper if necessary (be sure to taste a sample containing cheese)
- Add remaining vinegar if it tastes Flat
- *A dash of hot sauce is always optional.
