Mixing Bowl & Rubber Spatula


2 oz.- Blue Cheese
2 oz.- B/C Danish – Mild
2 oz.- B/C Domestic – Strong
1 Cup – Real Mayonnaise
1 Tbsp.- Apple Cider Vinegar
1 tsp. – Worcestershire Sauce
Salt & Pepper to taste


  • Place Mayonnaise in Bowl
  • Crumble Blue Cheese into Bowl (Pieces will or can be broken down further as you mix)
  • Fold Cheese into Mayo – Fully incorporate
  • Add Worcestershire and half of the vinegar – mix and taste
  • Adjust with Salt & Pepper if necessary (be sure to taste a sample containing cheese)
  • Add remaining vinegar if it tastes Flat
  • *A dash of hot sauce is always optional.
